UKRI open access policy – latest information

UKRI have recently published an update on the UKRI open access policy and fund for books – https://www.ukri.org/news/update-on-ukri-open-access-policy-and-fund-for-books/

Their open access fund for long-form publications will open for Stage 1 applications from research organisations on 28 November 2023. The application form and supporting guidance will be published on their open access funding page on this date. 

They are hosting webinars demonstrating the Stage 1 application process on 23 November and 29 November. These events are exclusively for library and research support staff in research organisations who may manage applications to this fund for their organisation.

They have also published the presentations from the information and good practice sharing webinar held on 8 November 2023.
