ARMA are looking for nominations and self-nominations for the 2023 INORMS Awards for Excellence in Research Management Leadership. Open to all ARMA members, we are looking to encourage those who have made substantial contributions to the research management profession internationally. Will you be ARMA’s 2023 Award-holder?

2023 Awards for Excellence
The INORMS Awards for Excellence in Research Management Leadership have been established to recognise outstanding examples of research management leaders who have made substantial contributions to the research management profession internationally. Award recipients will be announced at a gala dinner at the 2023 INORMS Congress in Durban, South Africa, 31 May – 3 June 2023.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to take part, you must:
- Be a current, paid-up, member of ARMA.
- Provide evidence of how your contributions are congruent with the objectives of INORMS
- Provide evidence of your outstanding contributions to the research management profession; and
- Provide evidence of how you will continue to provide visionary leadership in research management internationally.
Restrictions
Current members of the INORMS Council and Working Group are ineligible for consideration during their term of office. Nominations cannot occur until the candidate has stepped down officially from the INORMS Council or Working Group.
How to apply
You may be nominated or self-nominate. Nominators need not be ARMA members, but nominees must be current, paid-up members.
Please send a brief CV (no longer than two sides A4) and accompanying case for support (no longer than one side A4) addressing the eligibility criteria above. Please give details of your current job title and your employing institution.
Note that these awards celebrate those who have made substantial contributions to the research management profession internationally.
The closing date for applications and nominations is Friday 24 June 2022. ARMA will convene a selection panel to identify its chosen nominee, whose details will then be submitted to the INORMS Council for ratification.
