How should we support the people who manage research investments?

Isabella von Holstein currently manages two research projects in quantum engineering at Imperial College London. She completed a PhD in archaeological chemistry at the University of York, and has also worked in medicine and forensics. She is deeply interested in psychological safety in academia. She has led the PRISM network since 2022.
