Chris Gibson is Head of University Sector Insights at Research England. He leads work to develop RE’s sectoral and institutional insights, building on data approaches to the definition, measurement, and analysis of the health of the research and innovation system in England to inform RE’s approach to policy. Previously at Research England he led on commercialisation policy and funding.
