Dr Lewis Dean is Assistant Director at Universities Wales, where he heads the Wales Innovation Network (WIN). WIN harnesses the diverse research and innovation strengths at Welsh universities to facilitate collaboration. He has experience working for UKRI and a learned society on QR funding, public engagement policy, and researcher development.
