This live webinar will explore the role that institutional research offices in the UK play within universities and the evolving challenges that they face. The presentation summarises the findings of ARMA’s first ever national survey of research offices and will cover structures, remits, staffing, and key trends affecting the sector both in pre- and post-COVID-19 contexts. The session also provides advice for research managers on using the results of the survey to inform strategic decision-making within UK research offices. Participants will be invited to raise questions and engage in discussion at the end of the session.
