Networking can help you build mutually supportive relationships with other relevant professionals. It is an important way of sharing knowledge, ideas and expertise and building your professional profile. This online career development workshop will help you to think about your approach to networking and how to develop and grow your network. The workshop will involve a range of colleagues from across the UK and different areas of RMA. It will outline why networks are important and explore how different networks have different roles in career management. During the workshop you will map your own network and plan practical next steps for how you can manage your network relationships going forward. There will be time throughout the workshop for questions and discussion.
