Jane is highly experienced coaching facilitator and trainer, offering 1:1 leadership coaching, group coaching and training of accredited coaches to ILM level 5 & supervision. She has an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change gained with Henley Business School, for which she specialised in transformational leadership and organisational agility. Before setting up as an independent, she was head of people at Caffe Nero, with extensive prior experience in training gained with IDV and Pitcher & Piano.  She has worked with a wide range of clients across both the public and private sectors.  Her work within academia has focused on supporting researchers. Her clients include University of Bath, Bath Spa University, the National Physical Laboratory, Royal Veterinary College and Imperial College London.
