ARMA launches Training and Development Programme for 2025/26

We are delighted to officially announce our core training and development programme that are now available to book over the next 12 months. Our programme has been tailored to meet the needs of our members by experts in research management and administration, and designed to foster meaningful peer-to-peer connections and learning.  Whether you’re new to the profession or more established, our programme is built to support you at every stage of your career. The new programme of events will also complement our recently refreshed Professional Development Framework.

Our training offers excellent opportunities to learn, share and network with fellow members and research management colleagues. In 2024/25, 93% of all participants rated the quality of our training as good or excellent.

This year, we are providing a comprehensive range of online and face to face webinars and workshops, all available at discounted prices for members. We are also pleased to announce that our training prices will be frozen at their 2024/25 prices for members. 

To support your budget planning, we’ve ensured that training events are published well in advance, and we will continue to add new sessions throughout the year in response to sector needs.

Our Training & Development Working Group is actively aligning this programme with ARMA’s refreshed Professional Development Framework, ensuring that every session contributes meaningfully to your professional journey. Each event clearly indicates the most suitable career stage, and we encourage you to review the learning outcomes to find the best fit for your development goals.
