UKRI Research Organisations Consultation Group November 2022 meeting

The Research Organisations Consultation Group (ROCG) meets twice annually to give input and advice on UKRI’s policies, processes and administrative arrangements relating to grants, studentships and fellowships, from the organisational perspective. ARMA’s deputy chair and ROCG member, Sapna Marwaha attended a recent meeting of RCOG held on 17 November 2022.

Briefings were given on the updated UKRI guidance on Horizon Europe Guarantee Scheme, carbon offsetting and Simpler and Better Funding programme. Members also discussed the Technician Commitment, Researcher Development Concordat and the latest on the demand management approaches for Future Leaders Fellowship.
